Here you will find all commonly asked questions and answers about our services.

WHAT ARE "COMPLEXITY" RATINGS?

Complexity ratings for our designs are simply the amount of layers in the graphics, colors, elements, shapes etc.  Some complexity packages will include 2D logos, titles etc. while others that are rated "HIGH" will have 3D objects, fonts and titles.  The more you want into the design, the higher rating you must obtain.

WHAT ARE YOUR TURN AROUND TIMES?

Every package and design varies in turn around time, below are a list of our common designs and their turn around times.

-Custom Soundclick Designs - 10-20 Business days (10 Business days is rare and usually happens when you order a low complexity design)

-Logo Designs - 5-15 Business days (5 days being a 2D logo - 15 being 3D, 2D branding high complexity package)

-Pre made soundclick designs - 2-5 business days

-Website designs - 6-12 weeks (some packages can be completed before these times, visit "services" to find out more)

-Flyers - 2-4 Business Days

-CD Covers / Mixtape Covers - 4-9 Business days

I BOUGHT A PRE MADE LAYOUT BUT DID NOT FILL OUT THE FORM..

No worries!  If you purchased a design and did not submit the form you can shoot us an email right away and we'll send you a link for it!  We typically send you the form via email within 24 hours after your purchase if we don't receive it.

I NEED A WEBSITE DESIGNED, DO YOU GUYS DESIGN FULL SITES?

YES!  We design anything, and everything.  Website designs are actually one of our MAIN designs we focus on, we have packages available under our "services" tab, check it out and you'll find what you need!  If not, shoot an email to sales@qcdesignz.com

DO YOU GUYS INSTALL THE SOUNDCLICK DESIGNS FOR ME?

YES!  All our designs are installed by our team!

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY DESING ON FILE?

We only keep designs on our system for 3 months.  We clean our systems quarterly so be sure to save your files when we send them!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I SEND AN ECHECK AS PAYMENT?

Echecks are no problem and are common for new users on paypal.com.  However, if you send an eCheck your layout won't be processed until the payment is cleared.  If you send an eCheck your layout will be delayed for 3-6 business days.

DO I NEED TO BE A VIP MEMBER ON SOUNDCLICK.COM FOR YOUR LAYOUTS TO WORK?

YES!  Soundclick will not allow us to tamper with the CSS codes unless you have a membership activated with them.  They are $9.95/month.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We offer refunds on select items and designs.  For pre made designs we can refund your funds within 24 hours from the purchase time.  Custom designs exceeding $80.00 will not be refunded if you exceed 12 hours from the time of purchase.  Our team works on designs around the clock so once orders are processed and in, we are most likely working on your design, once we start working we don't stop until we are completely finished.

DO I NEED TO BE A VIP MEMBER ON SOUNDCLICK FOR A LAYOUT TO BE INSTALLED?

Yes, unfortunately you do need this subscription activated.  We do not make the rules and we can only tamper with CSS codes on soundclick if you are a VIP member on the site.  If you feel you don't get benefits from soundclick, we suggest getting a website from us - only $5/month more and you can have your own site away from soundclick producers, it is worth the upgrade!

WHAT IF I LOSE MY VIP MEMBERSHIP?

If you lose your VIP membership on soundclick your codes will be reset to the standard layout on soundclick.com.  If this happens you will need a re-installation for your design.  To get a re-install send us an email to sales@qcdesignz.com with your production name, layout # purchased, colors purchased and your button codes.  We will send an invoice for $15.99 to your email address for the re-installation.  If it is a custom design and we still have your designs on file, it is $35.99.  Check with us to see if your designs are still in our system as we clear designs quarterly if they go untouched and edited.

WHY IS YOUR QC BANNER / TAG ON MY LAYOUT?

We brand every layout designed by our team and insert a banner or image of our logo in your design somewhere.  Reason for this is simple, we let everyone else know who designed your layout and it also protects you from somebody wanting to duplicate your design as it is trademarked and a patent design. Some other features of having our banner:

 

-Free updates (as long as our QC banner is there)

 -When you want us to update a video, paypal button or links - it is free

 -When you request color changes it is free

 -Next purchase that you make with us receives a discount (continued buyer must have our logo on design)
